Guests will enjoy free charging at the property throughout their visit, and we can even arrange pickup upon request. If interested, feel free to inquire after booking, and we’ll provide more details. There's also a discount available to our Airbnb guests. - Kitchenette includes microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, a small fridge, toaster and induction cooktop. - The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing light meals (microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, small fridge, toaster, & induction cooktop). - Brand new mini split heat pump and A/C system ensures year-round comfort. - Designed for accessibility, featuring a step-free entrance and a wheelchair-friendly bathroom with grab bars. - Our home is a shoes off home, so please take off shoes and make yourself comfortable. - Non-smoking property. - No pets allowed. - Respectful quiet times: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. - We have friendly dogs on the property. You might hear them occasionally in the backyard. They are territorial, however, which is why we cannot accommodate guests with pets. - The backyard, shared with the main house, is surrounded by tall trees and an 8' privacy fence. The Casita has a covered patio with seating. - The uncovered hot tub, located between the main house and the Casita, is available year-round, even in rainy weather. - Please notify us when you want to soak so we can ensure window shades are drawn for more privacy. For sanitary reasons, we ask guests to take a quick rinse before using the hot tub. Luxury spa towels are provided in a basket near the back door. - After using the hot tub, kindly pour a full bottle of spa shock (found on the TV stand by the back door) into the tub and run the jets on high. The system will shut off automatically after the cycle. - Please notify us immediately if anything breaks to maintain the quality of your stay and future guests' experiences.
